How do I purchase a massage gift voucher?
Simply choose one of our voucher packages, enter the recipient’s details, and complete the payment online. A personalized PDF voucher with a unique code will be emailed to you instantly.
How long is the voucher valid?
All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is clearly mentioned on the PDF voucher.
How do I book an appointment using the voucher?
Booking must be done at least 72 hours in advance through WhatsApp or Line.
Please provide the unique voucher code during booking.
Can I get a refund or transfer the voucher to someone else?
No. All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They can be redeemed only by the intended recipient named in the voucher.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours, the voucher will be marked as redeemed and cannot be reused or rescheduled.
