Applicable to all voucher purchases made through our website.
1. GENERAL
These Terms govern all purchases of digital massage gift vouchers sold on our website. By purchasing a voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. VOUCHER PURCHASE & VALIDITY
  • All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • The voucher expires automatically after the validity period.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, exchanged, or refunded.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable once issued.
  • The voucher can only be used by the recipient whose details were provided during checkout.
4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING
  • A minimum 72-hour advance booking is required through WhatsApp or Line.
  • Redeeming a voucher is subject to appointment availability.
  • Unique voucher code must be presented at the time of booking.
  • The studio reserves the right to refuse appointments without a valid code.
5. NO-SHOW / rescheduling
  • One-time rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
  • Any failure to attend the appointment, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours, or a second rescheduling request will result in automatic forfeiture of the voucher.
6. VOUCHER DELIVERY
    • After successful payment, the purchaser receives:

        1. A PDF voucher via email
        2. Unique voucher code
        3. Recipient details
        4. Redemption instructions
        5. Terms & Conditions

      If the email does not arrive, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact us.
7. SERVICE CONDITIONS
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or health concerns.
  • Pregnant individuals must inform us in advance.
  • Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain medical conditions.
8. PRICING & CHANGES
  • Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without prior notice.
  • Once purchased, the voucher price is locked and will not be affected by future changes.
9. LIABILITY
  • We are not responsible for:
    1. Loss of vouchers or codes
    2. Incorrect recipient details provided by the purchaser
    3. Delays in email delivery due to external services
    4. Any physical or medical issues arising outside the session environment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for massage treatments.
